When you think of weight loss drugs, you think that they are pills that you just have to pop into your mouth to start melting fat. However this is not at all true as though they help you lose weight, it is possible only while on a diet and regular exercise. Hoodia

Hoodia has been used to treat indigestion and infections in Africa for generations. It is also used to help in weight loss as it suppresses your appetite. However there is a chance of your suffering from liver damage with continuous use of hoodia extract.

So you see that though weight loss drugs can help with weight loss, they have their share of side effects. Thus the best thing to do for weight loss is to follow a healthy diet and follow a regular, daily exercise routine.
